If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
- Returns: All items purchased within 30 days that are in original packaging and original receipt will be eligible for an exchange. If an item is out of the 30 day window, unfortunately, no exchange can be made.
- Shipping damaged items: Items that are shipped to customer that are damaged in transit need to be handled immediately. All shipping damages must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. If not reported within 72 hours, unfortunately, we cannot repair or replace any damaged item.
- Exchanges: Only items that are found to be defective will be replaced. If an entire box is sent back, all items that are found to be free of defect will be sent back as is.
- Please notify email@example.com of the item you are returning along with the tracking number(s) for the package(s) that is being returned.
- All packages need to be sent to the following address: Hard Core Product Return Center, 4200 MBL Dr., Ottawa, IL 61350.
- Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs for all items returned to Hard Core. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Hard Core does recommend using a traceable service or purchasing insurance for all returns. Hard Core does not guarantee the receipt of any returned product.
